Oizumi Town has made a booklet called “Multilingual Medical Questionnaire” that 5 languages excluding Japanese are available so that foreign residents who can’t speak Japanese well can explain their symptoms in their mother tongue to a doctor correctly when they have an illness or an injury. This booklet was made with the assistance of NPO International Community Hearty Konandai and Kanagawa International Foundation.

Further more, this booklet has been provided to medical institutions including dentists and pharmacies in the town.
