April is Sexual Assault Prevention Month for Young Adults

April is Sexual Assault Prevention Month for Young Adults.
The risk of being sexually victimized increases in April, when the living environment changes drastically due to entrance into school, moving to higher education, and newly employment.  Sexual acts that the other person does not consent to are sexual violence and will not be tolerated.  If someone engages in a sexual act that you did not consent to, it is sexual violence.
Don’t keep it to yourself. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.
